Your first days

A pocket card for someone who has just become Muslim: you don’t have to learn everything this week, find someone to learn with, where to go next, and who to call if you are not safe.

PDF, A6 cardPDF, 4 × 6 in card

Before you print, the masjid fills in: masjid name, class day and time, first name of welcome lead. Printed, these are blank lines to write on.

A shahādah certificate

A keepsake for the day, with their name, the date, the masjid and up to two witnesses. You make it here, in your browser, as a PDF or a picture. Nothing you type leaves your device.

It is a commemoration, not a legal or official document, and it is not needed for anyone’s Islam to count.

The masjid welcome pack

How a masjid can welcome someone on the day they take their shahādah and in the weeks after: a checklist for the imam and volunteers, what to put in the printed pack, and the safeguarding basics. The mentor kit is printed with it.

PDF, US LetterPDF, A4

Read it on screen: Welcoming a new Muslim: a pack for masajid, and The mentor kit.

Printing for a class, a masjid or a prison chaplaincy is welcome. See the terms.
